We wait on pins and needles every year for this restaurant to open up again for the season! We love it here. The food is amazing and the service always great. And the deck is to die for in the summer. They treat us like family here. Just tonight the owner went out of his way to try get subtitles on the tv so my young son could read what was happening during the NHL game. The kids menu is perfect and very reasonably priced compared to many other local places. And the lemongrass chicken is aaammmaaazzzing! My 12 year old requests we come up for it at least once a week! Our dinner party had 9. Each person was completely satisfied with their meals. Our server was super helpful with food allergy concerns and was quick to offer the perfect meal for me. They have this INCREDIBLE plant-based burger and even had Vegan mayo as an option! It was DELICIOUS and I am so happy that I can go back there with friends and enjoy a satisfying meal. OH...and if you have never tried their mini donuts with a side of pistachio gelato....you are missing out! They were the rage for dessert! I scored a 4 for atmosphere simply because this food deserves to be showcased in a much more upscale surrounding (its that good!!) Can't wait to go back :)Deena B

Sweet potato fries with a nineteenth burger was the bomb! It will blow your mind. Patio dining was complemented with nice scenery and great service. If ever passing through Castlegar BC, you should check out this place!Mathew March
