We’re a full-service, licensed restaurant focused on high standards, real ingredients, thoughtful preparation, and food that people actually want to come back for.
We’re food people. We travel, we explore, and we bring back ideas, ingredients, and techniques that inspire us. Everything we learn finds its way into what we do here.
At the same time, we don’t ignore the classics. We’re constantly refining comfort food favourites and pushing new dishes forward, always with a focus on quality ingredients and proper execution.
The goal is simple. When you come in, you can count on food that’s consistent, fresh, and worth coming back for, whether it’s post-round, a stop through the area, or a night out from town.
Who We Are
The Nineteenth is owned and operated by Florio Vassilakakis and his partner Rebecca. Both have extensive food and beverage experience that originated with their families over decades in the Okanagan. They are joined by Florio’s brother, George, who you will see watching over the bar and managing the operations. They always welcome your questions or feedback in order to give you the best experience they can.
